Life, Career & Emotional Wellbeing Coaching

A whole-person approach to clarity, change and a deeper relationship with yourself.

People come to coaching for many different reasons. You may be questioning the direction of your career, navigating a change in your life, struggling with stress or difficult emotions, or noticing patterns in your relationships, confidence or decision-making that you would like to understand differently.

Sometimes you know exactly what you want to change. At other times, you have a sense that the way you're living, working or relating to yourself no longer feels right.

My approach to coaching gives us space to explore both the practical questions in your life and what may be happening underneath them. Alongside conversation, reflection and practical action, we can pay attention to your emotions, patterns and nervous system, recognising that meaningful change doesn't always happen through thinking alone.

This isn't about giving you a formula for how your life should look. It's about helping you understand yourself more clearly, recognise what's getting in the way and make choices that feel more aligned with who you are and how you want to live.

Coaching for the Questions That Matter

Sometimes you come to coaching with a clear problem to solve. At other times, all you know is that something needs to change.

You might be asking yourself:

Do I still want this career?

Why have I achieved so much but still don't feel fulfilled?

What do I actually want from the next stage of my life?

Why do I keep doubting myself or getting stuck in the same patterns?

How can I manage the pressure I'm under without constantly feeling stressed?

What would my life look like if I stopped making decisions based on what I think I should do?

These aren't always questions that can be answered with another productivity tool or five-step plan.

Coaching creates space to slow down, understand what's really going on and make decisions from a clearer and more grounded place.

Life & Purpose Coaching

You don't need to be in crisis to question the direction of your life. Sometimes you've simply reached a point where the things that once motivated you no longer have the same meaning.

You may be reassessing your priorities, navigating a transition, feeling stuck between different possibilities or wanting to understand what a more fulfilling life would actually look like for you. Our work can help you clarify what matters now, understand the expectations and patterns influencing your decisions, and begin creating a life that reflects your own values rather than simply continuing on autopilot.

Career Coaching for Change, Direction & Purpose

Your career can be a source of meaning and possibility, but it can also become somewhere you feel trapped, overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself. I work with professionals, leaders and business owners who are navigating career change, increased responsibility, redundancy, workplace stress or questions about what comes next.

You may want to progress in your existing career, move in a completely different direction or simply develop a healthier relationship with the work you already do. Career coaching can help you explore your strengths, values and direction while also working with some of the internal challenges that often accompany change: self-doubt, imposter syndrome, fear of failure, overthinking, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries or the pressure to keep achieving.

The aim isn't simply to help you become more successful, but to help you understand what success actually means to you.

When Stress and Emotions Are Part of the Picture

Life and career decisions don't happen separately from how we feel. You may know logically what you want to do but find that anxiety, stress, self-doubt or an emotional response keeps pulling you in another direction. You might find yourself constantly switched on, overthinking decisions, struggling to set boundaries, carrying too much responsibility or finding it difficult to properly switch off.

This is where my approach can go beyond conventional coaching. Alongside conversation and reflection, we can pay attention to your emotions, physical and nervous system responses. This can help you recognise what happens when you're under pressure and develop a greater capacity to pause, regulate and choose how you want to respond.

For some people, this forms a small part of coaching; for others, it becomes an important part of the work. If stress, emotional regulation or understanding your nervous system is something you'd particularly like support with, you can read more about how I approach stress, emotions and nervous system regulation.

When Spirituality Is Part of the Conversation

For some people, questions about life, career or relationships eventually lead to deeper questions about meaning, identity, purpose and how they understand themselves and their experience. If spirituality is important to you, there can be space for this within our coaching too.

This doesn't mean you need to follow a particular spiritual path or adopt a particular way of seeing things. Spiritual perspectives can simply offer another way of reflecting on your experience, relating to difficult emotions or questioning some of the beliefs and identities you've come to take for granted.

For some clients, spirituality becomes an important part of our work. For others, it isn't relevant at all. As with everything else in my approach, we work with what is meaningful and useful to you.

My Approach to Coaching

My role is to help you understand yourself more clearly, challenge you where that is useful, and create a space where you can explore what's really happening without having to perform or have everything figured out.

Depending on what you bring, our sessions may draw on coaching, values and purpose work, emotional awareness, somatic practices, nervous system regulation, Emotional Freedom Technique, Inner Child work and systemic or relational perspectives. The method isn't the starting point; you are. We work with what is happening in your life, what you want to change and what emerges as we explore it together.

Sometimes that means making a practical decision and taking action. Sometimes it means recognising an old pattern. At other times, the shift comes from understanding an emotional response or noticing what happens in your body when you move towards something you want.

The aim isn't simply insight, but helping that insight translate into how you actually live.

Is This Coaching Right for You?

This work may be a good fit if you're:

  • At a crossroads in your life or career

  • Questioning your direction or purpose

  • Successful but feeling stressed, unfulfilled or disconnected

  • Considering a career or life change

  • Struggling with self-doubt, overthinking or imposter syndrome

  • Finding it difficult to set boundaries or prioritise yourself

  • Carrying significant responsibility or workplace pressure

  • Repeating patterns you understand intellectually but still find difficult to change

  • Looking for coaching that can work with emotions and the body as well as your thoughts

  • Ready to understand yourself more deeply and make meaningful change

You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what you want.

Sometimes discovering that is part of the work.

These sessions allow us to work with whatever is present for you now, without committing to another programme. They can be useful for finding clarity, working through something that feels stuck, integrating a recent change, or simply having a trusted space to pause, reflect and realign.
