My Approach to Coaching
My coaching blends psychological insight, somatic awareness, and emotional intelligence to help you reconnect with your own wisdom. We work with both mind and body, so change happens at a deep level, not just intellectually, but as something you embody.

Relationship Coaching
Relationship coaching supports you to look at how you show up in relationships, with partners, family, friends, and even at work. It’s for people who care deeply about connection but find themselves stuck in familiar patterns, feeling misunderstood, overwhelmed, or emotionally pulled off-centre.
We’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface: how past experiences, attachment patterns, and learned coping strategies influence the way you handle closeness, conflict, and vulnerability. Rather than trying to “fix” you, the work focuses on understanding what’s been protecting you and creating more choice in how you relate.

Full Immersion Journey
3–6 months | £1,200
A coaching partnership for deep, sustained change.
This is for you if you're ready to commit to meaningful change, working with what's complex, layered, or long-standing to create real, lasting shift.
What's included:
10 hours of 1:1 coaching sessions
6 x 90-minute coaching sessions, plus a 60-minute check-in session 12 months after the programme concludes. Sessions can be used flexibly over a six-month period.
Between-session support via voice note or writing

3 months | £555
A focused programme to build clarity, stability, and direction.
This journey provides a supportive structure for exploring a specific theme or question, offering sufficient depth to facilitate meaningful progress.

3 × 75-minute sessions over 3 months

Space to integrate insights and take actions into daily life

Single 90-minute session | £200
